If you’d like to see and feel a physical representation, we can create a 3D-printed prototype of your bottle within just 3 days for a nominal fee of 50 USD. This step allows you to visualize the final product and make any necessary tweaks before production begins.
Once the design is finalized, we’ll craft a custom mold tailored to your specifications. Our mold-making process is both precise and efficient, typically taking 15-20 days. The cost of the mold is determined by the complexity of the design and the volume of bottles you plan to produce. Rest assured, we’ll provide transparent pricing and keep you informed every step of the way.
After the mold is ready, we’ll produce physical samples of your custom glass bottle. This stage also takes 15-20 days, and it’s your opportunity to hold the actual product in your hands. If any final adjustments are needed, this is the time to make them. We want you to be 100% satisfied before moving to bulk production.
Once you’re thrilled with the design and quality of the sample, it’s time to place your bulk order. Our team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless production process, delivering your custom glass bottles on time and to the highest standards.
